When I lived in Pa. This gym was my main gym. Intimate environment with Hardcore equipment for serious trainers!!!!! Also open 24 hrs!!!

I have been going here for a while now and they are open 24/7, so I can work out whenever I have time. Plus they are so much relaxing then other gyms because of their contracts.

Great facility for a very reasonable rate. No contracts or any other hoops to jump through with joining. Everything was kept clean and them being open 24/7 was very convenient. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a gym.

This gym is affordable, small but plenty of equipment, and its 24/7. You can come in at anytime and everyone is either on their own or they will help you. There is cardio, core, and strength uppstairs and weights/hard core equipement down stairs. Its a great place! I feel comfortable going here like its my own home. Not to mention that the owner/managers are very welcoming and helpful. Perfect home like workout area with locals all over it! (:

They have a couple. Not every day. And the times are limited. Not the reason to join the gym. But it's s really friendly atmosphere. Good small town gym!
