They are such a scam. We ordered a stroller and the money got taken out and then got cancelled and still don’t see the money back on our account. They told us it was cancelled bc the billing address and shipping address was different. So we fixed it and bought it AGAIN. 48 hours later it was cancelled and we got sent right to customer service because no one at the store could do anything. Now days later money is taking our TWICE. Last night we called customer service and talked to the supervisor and he said “it seems like this will be a problem when you order online from us” it was so scripted and he didn’t even know the real reason why. I will never buy anything from this company again

I went into buy buy baby on 8/7. The store manager was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back all the staff that we asked for help went above and beyond to help us. Amazing customer service. Again the store manager was super friendly and amazing. Not only that but helped us order what we were looking for since it wasn't in store and it was able to get here before the date we needed it for

We went in with a family member that wanted to buy us the Graco pack and play off our registry. They had the floor model on the floor…. But none in stock… then told us we can’t order it because it is back ordered… why have it on the floor if it’s not available what so ever? That does not make any sense to me. They told us that Christiana mall in deleware have 3 in stock. So we took an hour drive to get there and they told us that the inventory is off and they have none in stock as well. Hours spent for nothing.. finally when we got home we decided to check online.. the one that we wanted was showing as back ordered but can still be ordered and showing estimated delivery for April 14th… how can I order it online? But they told us in store that it is unavailable… we placed the order so hopefully it comes in like it says online… we also asked if we could purchase the floor model and they told us that they can’t. At least put a sign on the floor model saying “current unavailable” or something. Complete waste of my time today….

I ordered an orange jogger/car seat travels system stroller online. When I received it the canopy was broken. I called online customer service and they told me to return it. I called the Deptford store and they told to bring it into their store so they can look at it. When I got there Rich and his teammate stated this stroller was on back order so they suggested they could switch-out the padding on another car seat that was on display. He sanitize every part. For this, I’m grateful for their quick thinking and expertise!
