I had an appointment on 8/11/22. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Being a healthcare worker, I understand the importance of that. The staff was polite & I was taken on time. I was asked if I needed to use the restroom prior to entering the room. I did, but wasn't aware that I was on the clock. If I pay or receive a gift card for a 1 hour massage, that's what I expect; 60 minutes, not 45 or 50. My therapist asked me a how I wanted the pressure, I said, "As hard as you can do". She was adequate, I've had better there.
