My husband and I have lived in this community for 9 years. Three different owner’s and the service has went down while the price has gone up tremendously. Our experience with lions gate has not been all bad. The four stars is mainly because we’ve built a relationship with office personnel and maintenance staff, particularly Dominique and Henry. We have always had our request answered immediately by them both. Henry has become our favorite maintenance man, he’s quick, pleasant, informative and prompt.

Great, great service. My wife and I are so appreciative of the service that Henry and James provide to us at Lion's Gate. We couldn't ask for any better. Most important for us is their professionalism and attention to every detail. Henry always calls us before arriving so that we can secure our cat. Again, Henry and James make living here a pleasure. I just move in on March 25th what inspired me the most is environment of my son to play and safety but another very big issue is the lady in front lease professional her name is Dominic i was in process to go somewhere else its cheaper than here but she has a good hospitality and passion with customer she was so kind and showing us every detail of the process she welcome us with the open arms with the big smile and make us feel welcomed here the other place was cheaper but they don't have a good hospitality. Iin my country we say "if the reception of your office is broken it means your office is more broken " So Dominic keep it up for your good job your doing. The maintenance guys are awesome indeed. Up to now my family and I we feel we are home . I hope to continue to feel that way till I decided to live . This 5***** I give to you Lines Gate "s town is because of Dominic . Thanks
