Great place, excellent equipment, and staff. You need to make an appointment in advance (during covid pandemic). It has many amenities for a great price.

Edit: Three months, and it still doesn't work, from what I understand, they have hired NASA engineers to fix the issue. Too difficult for normal people to do. *Fingers crossed* ========================== If you want a clean bathroom and a Sauna that works, don't come here. Sauna has been broken for over a month, they won't fix it. But they will say they will to make you feel nice and warm on the inside, but not on the outside. Mens bathroom always smells bad, mostly like mold. Otherwise, the gym is awesome.

They do have swim lessons. You can call them to get the schedule and sign up for instruction.
The spa is at the aquaplex and saunas are in the bathrooms of the main gym.
Yes, a heavy bag and a speed bag. Both are in the Spin (bicycle) classroom so they're off limits during those classes.
I have never seen those offered, but they do have lots and lots of different programming and the best thing you can do is check their website where they post the schedule of all their programs.
Yes. Check in at the front desk. You get one free guest pass per semester.
