I am reviewing about my experience today on 3/1/22 around 2:45pm. I agree with the other negative reviews about the customer service here. I walked in and stayed about 10 min browsing through all the purses around the whole store and throughout my time here not a single associate greeted me or asked if I had any questions. I also work in retail and know the importance of at least greeting the customers as they walk in. Hopefully they can work on that because it made me not want to spend my money at this location. Oh well🤷‍♀️

I was extremely amazed with the excellent service received from Coach Fashion Valley San Diego, CA location. Lauren and her associate helped me with my personalized passport case. It was well wrapped for gift giving this holiday. Thank you so very much Lauren!!! You are simply an amazing beautiful person. Coach is truly LUCKY to have an employee like you!

Customer service needs work l. The manager Faye made me drive 30mins for an item which she confirmed she had only for me to arrive to tell me she doesn’t have it. Would never shop here.
