Items are good quality but the store is lackluster and dirty. I went shopping on a Friday and noticed a coffee cup on top of a candle. Some of the gym clothes were hanging up had make up stains on them. When I came back on Monday the same outfit with stains was hanging, and the coffee cup was still in the same location. So gross! The dressing room is unattended with piles of clothes, and the check out process takes too long. I really like the selection and the staff is friendly, it just really should be more than one person at the register.

I visited Saks off 5th in Mission Valley, CA today I was expecting military discount on product I was purchasing and today I were notified they no longer due Militart Discount This is a Military town I would like For Saks Off 5th to reconsider and provide military discount to who are serving and whom have served I quickly put the items back and it really demotivated me but I want to take the time out and give a Bravo Zulu to a Great Gentleman by the name of Joseph Josh very Superb, Outstanding Customer Service very neat and intelligent caring Gentleman He approached me and said Sir we have more items similar for lower price and stood there until help came you are truly appreciated Thanks Again Joseph

It's not as well organized and clean as its neighbor, Nordstrom Rack, but does have a good selection of clothes and jewelry. I didn't like any of the shoes they offered. I bought a bracelet and the with the sale and signing up for a membership, wound up getting 80% off. That was an amazing deal!
