Older mobile homes speed bumps are harsh on your car even at 5 mph

No visitor parking, it's hard for people to walk all that way to visit, the place needs work done on a lot of the mobiles.

If you put your glasses on you can see the space rent is 500.00. And if your looking for something to rent there r no rentals, everyone owns there place there.
How much is rent space now? Do they have rental homes, or just rent property with home ownership. What is space rent and how often does the rent go up, whether renting just the home, or space for the homeowner?
Homes in this community are not rental units. The individuals own their homes.
You will have to come into park to look at what's if any are available now. But yes there are. The one next door to me is empty right. The park fee is in the $500. It depends on the lot size you have. The # of pets you own are also a factor
