Great place to live. Friendly neighbors, nice little park in front and a really on top of it manager. Couldn't ask for more out of a nice little community.

It's quiet- mainly. Owners go through managers fast and they make their own rules for different people. Buts it's a trailer park- it is what it is.

I don't know I would recommend calling the office
Unfortunately we only have spaces for mobile homes and we’re completely full at this time. We don’t have any 5th wheel or RV spots in this park.
It's not age restricted and there are a few places for sale.
You can't rent month to month spaces.
You rent the space and you have to own the mobile. There are several for sale right now. The space rent is about $500 and you also pay for sewer.
