Loved the whole making pancake experience. My kid loved the whole from griddle to plate experience and so did we 😁 Thank you for being a wonderful breakfast place. Coffee was good too. Batters for pancake are amazing 🥞

An Amazing breakfast spot! I’ve been enjoying deliciousness here off & on over the past several years. I road trip an hour, 55 min for this & I am never disappointed! This place can get busy so prepare for possible wait times. I recommend reservations but it’s not required. Customer service is always on point. Our visit was 4/7 arriving about 10:45a. We didn’t make reservations and had less than a 10 min wait *PERFECT* The do it yourself pancakes and topping are always a hit. Buttermilk & chocolate batter were chosen along w/strawberry, blueberry & chocolate chips for toppings. The days special was Pork Belly Benedict but the classic Country Fried Steak is what went down. 😋 I can’t wait to return.

Great breakfast and you can make your pancake is the best way to enjoy and eat panckae and they have a seasonal flavor for pancake orange vanilla and its really good. The server Rebekah is great server she is super nice and so accommodating. Love it i highly recommend slappy cake and don't forget if you have kids please bring them with you they will enjoy it like my kids did.

Friendly staff. Fun experience cooking pancakes at your table. Good selection of toppings, although I wish they had Marionberries. Staff did a good job of social distancing tables.

You know, pancakes are pancakes but the business idea is really ingenious and fun
Yes, I am gluten free and have been there a couple of times. If others in your party are going to cook their gluten containing pancakes on the griddle the staff will cook yours separately.
I believe there is - although the weight is quite long if it's during a busy time. You might call first
They won't seat you unless your entire party is there, just FYI. We waited about 20 minutes on a Tuesday morning, but mostly because we were waiting to meet with another person. Shortly after we got there though the line got longer and seemed like the wait times increased
Sadly Slappy Cakes is a breakfast place. I wish they were open all the time too!
Just called..all are "first come,first served"...no reservations.
They do not accept reservations. Do not go hungry, long waits and personally I feel it's not worth it.
