I never write comment unless it is really terrible or unacceptable. The guy who is working at the counter (didn't ask the name) was really rude, not willing to help. I wanted to come back and get his name and find out who his boss is. I wanted the manager at that store to know how his/her employee treat the customers. I believe with that attitude to customers, he would scare them all away.

These guys are excellent. Very knowledgeable about their products. I was really indecisive regarding sizing some new skates, they gave me very helpful info that led me to pick the size I never would have without the information. I'm very glad I did. Highly recommend.
