Terrible experience with a child who works there. Dropping off my packages, this employee was a young kid, impatient, rude, had no sense of customer service experience evidently. Had an annoyed look on his face with every customer he dealt with. When I called to ask about my packages, I only assume I was talking to the same kid. Sounded rushed and inconvenienced. He was short tempered, rude, and not helpful. He started to raise his voice to me because I was simply asking questions about the packages I had shipped and cut me off when I tried to speak. So glad I don’t have to go back there.

I went to this Store on December 15th with 10 boxes. I was promptly brought to the desk and Xavier assisted me and was exceptional to work with. All 10 boxes needed to be re-boxed, which Xavier quickly took care of. We actually got a rhythm down after he showed me the pattern to the transaction. What an asset to this store! I live in Oregon City and travel 6 miles rather than 3 miles to nearest store because of Xavier's Legendary Service. Thank you Xavier for taking a task I was dreading and making it fun and interactive. D2

Very friendly and accommodating store. All of the employees were nice, but the most helpful and polite associate who helped me was Mara. I felt like she would bend over backwards any day just to make sure I was happy. She is very hard working and always puts the customer’s needs first.

Poor experience from this UPS store from both the two employees and Marie Jensen the owner. Refused to accept my prepackaged Amazon return and wanted to force me to buy packing material from them. This was my first visit and will be my only visit to this location. There are better ups stores out there. Use them instead of this one.
