I had a couple of windows replaced by Safelite (other locations) and had absolutely no problem with them. But the last time I had a tech come to my house in Beaverton, he absolutely BUTCHERED my car (see attached). And I understand that they clean up the glass "as a courtesy" (AKA not really their job) but the last guy left so much that it was pretty dangerous. I called customer service but they never fixed the issue. I would not recommend letting anyone from this location touch your car; BEWARE! EDIT: Your response is moot. I no longer possess the car in question. While your response is warranted and expected, there is nothing you can do to make this better. Just do better next time.

The phone number listed does not ever connect you to a human being. no matter what option you choose, you are directed to the website to make an appointment. Unfortunately the website only allows you to make appointments for very specific things. The weather stripping surrounding my windshield is coming unseated. and water is leaking into my car near the A pillar. I don't need a new windshield, just a new gasket, and I don't need the glass repaired, because the glass itself is fine. But the only two options online are replace the windshield or repair the glass. when I try the chat I'm directed to call. When I call, I'm directed to the chat. A new windshield would typically come with new weather stripping, so they have the ability to replace the weather stripping. But the website doesn't allow you to just scheduled for a sub-set of their services This is an issue that could be scheduled in less than 5 minutes if I can talk to an actual human, but because it doesn't fit into the automated system it's just not an option. I've been trying for over an hour now to give them my money, but they refuse to take it. ***EDIT in response to the response from the business*** It shouldn't take a review on google to get a response from an actual person though. What is the point of having chat and phone as "contact options", if neither actually put you in contact with anyone?

Windshield replacement took about 3 hours, James our tech was friendly and answered all questions we had before the replacement. Cyrus at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in/out very quickly. We booked an appointment ahead of time for 10:00am and the vehicle was being worked on by 10:50. Overall we had a good customer experience and would return if we needed work done again.

We had the worst experience. We had a decent size chip on the front windshield for a couple of years and eventually cracked side to side, so we call this company to do the replacement. The technician came and replaced the windshield. He asked for a 9 or 10 review score because it affected his bonus, but he didn't bother on wiping down the dashboard from all the debris while changing the windshield, or not replacing or at least properly tucking in the Front Fender to COWL seals (they actually sent someone else a week later to fix that). But the story continues, 20 days after the replacement we noticed another crack (yes, very annoying). We called and they said they have a warranty and they were coming again to replace it. But then they said it was the product of another chip and we would have to pay them again. While it was true that there was another tiny chip (you couldn't see it from the inside as it was almost at the bottom of the windshield in a part that's black), it was a little bit weird that it would chip and crack again after 20 days of the replacement, on a car (van) that's used to commute 7 miles in city roads back and forth to school (if we were off-roading, sure, but that's not the case). Could it be possible to chip and crack again in a short time? Sure. But unless the glass was made of sugar, it should have lasted a "little bit" more. And what if it did chip but there was a defect on the glass that made it weaker? What if they accidentally chip it during installation or transportation? We didn't check every square inch of the glass after replacement. Anyway, worst experience, and we'll never use or recommend this company. I'd recommend avoiding them.
