Food was good. Place was very loud. We ordered the linguine Alfredo which was supposed to come with chicken or shrimp. We ordered it without the protein because the person eating it just wanted the noodles. It was supposed to come with salad and bread and we never got them. So basically we paid $16 for 1/4 lb of noodles and some Alfredo sauce. I'm also not a believer in an upcharge for using a debit or credit card. I understand there is merchant fees but $3 + dollars is outrageous. Ruined it for me this night.

Waited over an hour for our food. The people at the table beside us showed up after we ordered. They got their check to pay their bill as we got our food. They even notices when they got their food we haven’t got ours yet. They started talking to us and offering us food because they felt bad. On their way out they asked how our food was when it showed up. It was cold we informed them. They said they would complain. I told them we are for sure. We complained to the waitress and she took 3$ off the bill. Said it was the best she could do. Won’t be back.

Gave them a second chance after giving us the wrong order for take last time. Tonight we tried again and not to our surprise when we got home with our take out order there was food missing from our order. We like to support local business but it will be a long time till we give them another try. Poor business ethics. They worry more about the bar crowd than they do about other customers.

We go to Haywood’s every Tuesday night and we love it. The food and drinks are great, but the real star; in our opinion is the bartender Lauren. She has a great personality, is funny, gives fast and friendly service and keeps us coming back! We love her! Couldn’t imagine my Tuesday nights without her.
