Not only do they not carry hardly anything i need anymore.. band saws, bench sanders, drill presses, Or even the blades or pads that I need for the ones that I've already bought from you... No one there knows anything about what they sell anymore at all ever. Then I got told that you didn't even carry an epoxy that I spent 45 minutes finding and when I showed the employee they scoffed and rolled their eyes. I hate Pennsylvania and I hate not having a home depot near me even more. Amazon it is .

I'm always at Lowe's getting things for remodeling my house. Staff is always helpful and willing to show my how the product works. Will also offer suggestions for a product that may work better and save me money. Only issue is delivery. They use a third party delivery company and it's a long wait. Waited almost a month for an in store stove to be delivered.

I went to the garden center on Sun 4/24/22 around 330-5pm. Two associates helped me a great deal with choosing the right potting mix for my older seedlings. Kate was one and I cannot remember the other ladys' name. I was offered broken bags for a lower price. Kate assured me that I did not have to take the broken bags. But I did because I needed 4 - 64qt bags. So I was greatful for the deal. The girls put bags over the broken bags and loaded them on a cart for me. Those two are amazing at customer service. However when it was time to load them in my SUV a guy named Landon came along to help one of the girls. She handed him a bag and he TOSSED it in the back of my SUV then the next bag was leaking out before he even put it in my car but he still tossed it in. I told him to get it out because it was making a mess. He had the nerve to say I don't know who buys broken bags anyway. The other associate corrected him and said when you can get a discount why wouldn't you buy them. I was angry that he just brushed the dirt off the bag right into the back of my car. I let him know I was not happy. He said what's the big deal. This young man needs a lesson on customer service. I seldom get angry but this guy was down right RUDE! I will not be returning for any of my gardening needs.
