Very courteous employees, well organized and well lit. Actually had some awesome coupons, so if you r not a member of their loyalty program, JOIN!! Be sure to do a bit of research on certain products BEFORE purchasing, some are of lower quality than others.

I love the idea of Harbor Freight. Such fun coupons and prices... But at the end of the day, the quality just isn't there, and the customer service is spotty at best. It's so disappointing - I love a deal, but their 'deals' always end up costing me more in the long run. Save your money, buy quality, and you won't have the disappointment.

I was impressed with the store on my initial visit today. The sales rep I dealt with was quite friendly and knew his stuff. The price on the dremel-type tool I was looking for was exceptional. I only need it to do a minor amount of car rust repair and it was about 20% of the cost of one made by Dremel.
