The Worst Frappachinos Ever. Ordered 2 to go. In-drinkable Unfortunately I am on the road and can’t rety them!! BTW I waited 45 minutes in line while 6 workers were behind the counter and 1 person working the register. The others..all looking around clueless. On the way through, ordered my coffee, waited 15 minutes thinking that people were still in front of me waiting for their item(s), when the barista started twiddling his thumbs I realized that I wasn't getting my drink...I went up to the cashier who asked me if I "needed anything else" and I told her I never got my drink but I needed to run back to my bus. I reminded her my name and asked to refund me but they never did. Now I have to go through a charge back with my credit card company. Amazing...

I believe the hours of this location should be updated. The three associates that were present this evening turned away a large group of customers. Although we pointed out the closing time, the young man and woman were more concerned with having their backs to us and leaving. She was heard saying “Let’s hurry before someone else asks us a question.” Again, not sure why they were suddenly closed or unable to serve, but the confusion at such a frequented place is not really acceptable. Been driving about 6 hours and needed a pick me up without an additional stop,

Came early before work to get a coffee, only 3 cars in line ahead of me. Waited 25 minutes with no movement, even after the car ahead of me left line. I used to work at a Dunkin with a drive thru at age 15 and was able to manage that with myself and one other person on days, so there is no way that this should be that big of an issue. Starbucks corp either needs to pull capable staff from another store or train the ones currently there since it is a busy rest stop one that can't even stay open 24/7 as it is considering they have cones by the drive thru ready to close early.
