The wait was short, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean enough for me, the restroom was clean and stocked, my steak was perfectly medium! I'm happy and can't complain

This IHOP omg. So I went there first a week before mothers day. Waited to pick my order up for 40 mins. I didn't say a word that time. Next mothers day. I had a pick up there also. 40 Min later no food. I asked they made me feel bad for asking. Last time I walked in I asked. They said 5 mins.v35 mins later I asked could I speak to a manager. 2 mins later a lady comes to me saying your a problem guest lol. Im confused. I waited again 20 mind then asked. They said I'm banned from receiving orders from there lol. Thank God. This is a sub par place. The food sucks. The wait times are always outrageous for what it is.

Menu not clear about # of crepes with combo. It stated 2 but it excluded blueberry crepe. They were being picky because no clarification was on menu. Don't think I will patronize this place.
