Would have given a 5 star rating if our handicapped room was on the ground floor ... not on the 3rd floor. How does someone in a wheelchair get down from the third floor in case of fire when they can't use the elevators? Just wondering.

Nice location, clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. Walls are a little thin as I could hear neighbors talking loudly the first night. Also the full size beds are some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Maybe the king mattresses are different.

The rooms are clean and the employees are friendly. But front desk person said we are on fourth floor and when we got up there I realized she didn't tell us what room and she didn't write the number on the room key paper. I guess I should've asked but she could have written it down. The pool was dark green and looked really gross. The breakfast was okay. 1st morning everything on my plate was cold. The gravy, the eggs, the sausage it was all cold. There was no microwave for me to heat it up so I had to go back to my room to heat up what was supposed to be a hot breakfast. The next morning there wasn't enough batter to make a full waffle. There were 2 nossles for the batter and only enough in it for a 1/2. And there was a note by wafflemaker saying that the timer was broken. So I used the timer on my phone. It was a decent stay but the kitchen equipment needs to be fixed to ensure people's food is cooked correctly and stays warm and breakfast attendants need to be ensuring that everything is stocked and working correctly. When I'm checking in tell me less about the exercise room and the pool (which looked gross so why bother telling me about it) and tell me what I need to know like my room number. Overall, I nice stay, clean room but there are some things that definitely need to be fixed.
