That new chicken sandwich is awesome. Definitely hurry to get one. Little expensive but worth it for sure. I got the spicy one and it's so so good. The crispy pickle chips are perfect. If you hurry and download the app, you can put in code freedrink at checkout and get free drink. Side note: Please put one in Harrisonville!

Had a really nice experience here. The food is what you expect from Panera, and I really liked ordering at the kiosk to customize my meal, which was prepared exactly as I ordered. I forgot to pick up my bakery items immediately after placing the order (they weren't automatically put with our meals at the pickup window, which I didn't realize at first), but we were able to swing by at the end of our stay to show the receipt and get them. Staff members were friendly and jumped in to help me with a drink dispenser when they noticed it wasn't working quite right for me. Fairly open, airy space with lots of natural light. Perfectly fine spot for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

Truly amazing individuals that work here! I called in mad because my food wasn't delivered. I had ordered through the Panera app. Little did I know it goes through a three party delivery. Unfortunately the delivery service lost my address and couldn't get the food to me. They then marked it delivered. Of course now I'm upset because my food is not here and I paid for it! So I called to the store wanting to know where the heck my food is?! Those wonderful people were nice enough to remake it and bring it to me. They also contacted the three party delivery service as well. Talk about going to extra mile! Thank you! I'm very grateful for what you did for me today.

Mobile curbside order The good: 1. Order was correct (did not make any customizations/adjustments). 2. Came out promptly. 3. What was eaten tasted fine/most likely didn’t have bugs. 4. What was returned (excluding salad) didn’t seem to have bugs. 5. Refunded for uneaten food. 6. Did not have problems with previous in store orders (this was my first time ordering curbside from this particular Panera). The bad: 1. Fly in Caesar salad. 2. Bad impression when returning food - “I’ll refund the salad even though you ate most of it.” Didn’t like the implication the food needs to be inspected for bugs before being eaten.
