Ordered a sub thru doordash for delivery and when I recieved my sub I was shocked that somebody at subway decided I wasn't allowed to have bread. They just put the sub contents into a bowl. What takes the cake is nothing else in the order was wrong. Subway.....What will they think of next?

I was at this location when a mobile order customer came in to complain that her order wasn’t ready. The sandwich artist tried explaining the situation but the customer got increasingly rude. The district manager instructed the SA to stop engaging but the customer had started name calling and the SA kept asking her to stop talking to him. This escalated to her threaten to have her husband jump him after work. She was given her money back and told to leave. I’m glad there is at least one place in this town where customers who come in and order and second class citizens, unlike Chipotle who will make three mobile orders between every customer during peak business.

Good sub sandwiches. Cold sandwiches are great in the summer. I go to subway they make it they get the mess . I enjoy my sub with no clean up .

Subway is one of my favorite places to go eat, but recently it’s been my least favorite. I’ve ordered subway from the Uber eats app several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they’ve gotten my order wrong, my bread is very crumbly and I don’t get it toasted and I’ve also found hair in my sub! PLEASE DON’T GO TO THE BELTON LOCATION.
