I followed Linda from another practice to here when she switched jobs. We've been remote since then due to the pandemic but I honestly like it that way. I haven't had any experience with anyone else there but I value my therapist and I'm so glad that she could take me with her when she switched jobs. So for her 5 stars.

I was thrown out of care 2 weeks in because I was hospitalized a month prior for crisis. They are unable to help those 6 months post hospitalization. I was not referred out. I recieved no help from this organization and I was forced to fill out a safety plan in our 2nd and last session bc they know they could be sued for malpractice by my family if i did something over this. I waited a while to review bc I felt so abandoned and hopeless over this.

Horrible/intermittent communication with the only nurse practitioner at this location. A healthy therapeutic relationship is based on trust. Because of zero follow up from the nurse practitioner, my leave and disability/FMLA claim with my employer has been pending. I have not been paid. There is no response from this business. The relationship has contributed to additional stress during the death of my mother - and added to an already traumatic experience. I am surprised ITTC is still able to run as a business. I will be filing a complaint with the nursing board.

I nearly died in my process of treatment here. First of all, my therapist dropped me in the middle of our work, only a few months in. She said I seemed like I was better and didn't need therapy anymore - despite the fact that I was too unhealthy to work and was on the edge of homelessness. Then my psychiatrist quit working at the center right before I was leaving town on a planned trip they were aware of. The new psychiatrist wouldn't refill my medications without meeting me in person and so I ended up detoxing off 4 medications on the other side of the country. It's a miracle I'm still alive today after that experience. If I could give this center negative stars, I would. Their treatment of me was inhumane and worse than the trauma I had gone thru that brought me there in the first place. Please take care of yourself and avoid this place.

At least some of their therapy providers do. If you require medication management though, the person they've hired doesn't take OHP so keep that in mind.
