Room was pristine. Location was easy to find. Service when checking in could've been better. Desk attendant was pretty short with me during the check-in process. After coming off of the road from 12 hours of driving, one doesn't want to hear her being short with them. Overall, it was very nice to finally visit a Hampton Inn that was of the quality we've come to expect from them with the room and amenities, as well as having the dark roast coffee.

Wonderful Staff! Diane, Kirby and Nikki are knowledgeable of there jobs! Extremely pleasant to be around! Clean Room’s, kid Friendly This is definitely where I would stay while in Paragould Ar.

Booked a suite for 2 night's and paid in advance with credit card only to drive 9 hour's and get here and be told there's no room because they overbooked. So, throw a fit, manager involved,get a standard, double bed room that doesn't even have a microwave in the room and still got charged for the suite. And to top it all off the room was for a handicapped person who has trouble walking. 2 star's because the room's were decent and breakfast looked good. Not a enough for a sold out hotel. Nothing fancy, just the same foods you get at a comfort inn just a whole lot more expensive.

Very clean, was surprised at how good the breakfast was! It's a little pricey but definitely worth it! The room was nice, bed was very comfortable, no microwave but does have a mini fridge! Loved the shower!

I would think No, I can't say for sure but I think that matters out of your control would not count against you. Espically when you purchased insurance. I've never dealt with Expedia though? I've always used Booking.com.
