We booked this property due to having young children and them having an indoor pool. No where was it said that the pool was closed until check-in. Breakfast each day was cold when it was supposed to be a full continental breakfast and the microwave in the breakfast area was filthy and completely rusted. After calling and being told multiple times a manager would return our call and never receiving a call back we decided to reach out on facebook. We were told the pool was closed due to it being painted however the pool was completely full during our stay. Before I could even reply they blocked us. Warning do not stay at this property, you will be disappointed. I will be contacting corporate next!

First room had mildew so bad . Second room tub had not been cleaned carpet was so dirty my feet looked like I had been running around in the dirt with no shoes on. Room was by pool and mildew smell being pulled in through air unit.

The pool was FREEZING I'm not even sure it would be warmer mid summer with how cold it truly was. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left in a heartbeat... oh and the lady also forgot to give my husband his ID back... it wasn't until he needed it at a store that he realized where he last had it.

Everything was clean, room on main floor. Staff was courteous, manager was very accommodating & asked numerous times if everything was ok & could they do anything else to improve our stay.
