The Towers at Rincon Apartments

The building and its amenities are spectacular, as the view of the bay. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. What you have to keep in mind is that some apartments can be noisier than others and that is good to know beforehand. Renting at Towers at Rincon is more than a rental, it is an experience that makes you feel at home.

Good location close to the Embarcadero. Plenty to walk, eat and see. The building is well maintained with a convenient garage in the basement.

If you’re thinking of moving to these apartments, think again and then change your decision. Trust me I am saving you from a big hassle. The building looks very fancy from outside and you would feel like they are nice luxury apartments. But they are not. There are just so many problems once you start living here and have signed the lease for 12 or 15 months. There are very loud hammering and drilling noise very early in the morning like 5.30, 6 am and then very late around midnight . The water is not clean, I can see black spots in the water. The Wi-Fi signal is so bad, it just keeps dropping. They have moving carts to move your stuff between the floors but it’s so difficult to move the cart because of very less space when you take it out of the elevator. It’s completely useless. Please don’t waste your time and money moving in to these apartments. You can find in the Nextdoor app group for this building that other people have complaint about the same things I mentioned here in this post.

Really nice apartments, great location. Walk up to Broadway (specially if you're a young, single man on a boring Saturday night), take a walk along the Embarcadero, dinner in nearby North Beach. Strict security at night so don't expect to waltz in unless your friend comes down to get you.
