This visit was so disappointed in service, food & cleanliness of this facility. The most beautiful person in this establishment was our Hostess, Jessie Moore. Our Server wasn't up to par, as she messed up our order & once as she left our table she huffed & sighed loudly. I say promotion is due for Ms Jessie Moore. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

The chili fries had very little chili on them, tea was sour, chili Mac noodles was hard, dinner salad was nothing but the core of the head of the lettuce, the only thing that was good was the ice water that was served to us. We won't be going back. I will say that Jessie Moore was AWESOME!!!! She was the hostess but waited on us as though we was her only customers.

I get that the entire world is short staffed, but it doesn't fix the issue that I went yesterday for lunch, I get an hour for lunch break, and after being seated went 10 minutes without any servers saying a word to me, just walking past even though I'm ready to order. Eventually one waitress noticed and asked if I had my order taken and I said no, she said I'll find your server. 5 minutes later finally she came back and said she'd take care of me anyways. Then I went another 25 minutes longer and still hadn't been served yet. I wouldn't have been irritated if I had not had 2 older ladies come in at the same time as me, I even held the door for them, and be seated 2 tables over, had their order taken as soon as they sat down and we're served 10 minutes after I had finally had my order taken. So I wouldn't have had any issues had someone jumped on it. Eventually I had enough after 40 minutes, got up and left because I had to go back to work soon. I guess that's what taco bell is for.

Food was good except I ordered a western burger and my burger had no bacon and no barbecue. I also spent all 30 minutes of my lunch in line so I'm just now eating it for hours later. The shake was good though. Then when I finally got to eat, my food was soggy.
