I ordered on the mobile app, but the drive thru was so busy I went inside. I had a problem with my payment and the manager just gave me our sodas. We will remember this and return. Fabulous service!

Was at the Karsch Blvd location and the drive-thru was packed so we decided to go inside to order. Even though they have two registers we were ignored by staff. Meanwhile people were walking in and using the kiosk and getting their orders. We finally left and will not be back to that location for sure. Why even have register if your just going to ignore your customers are standing at them. Oh wait a minut, that's right, like everything else these days customer service has went out the window after the pandemic started. Most places can't even have your order ready when you get to the window even after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru line to pay. Mc Donald's service is pathetic.

Fries were piping hot ++ Big mac was a bit thrown together, with way to much lettuce, a small squirt of sauce and onions were missing but it was hot and still tasted good. Sweet tea... Good as always :) My Fiances big mac he says was Good he gulped it down lol. The other chicken sandwhich was a lil bit cool and missing mayo.

The older lady working the front counter is quite rude. She may be an owner. I asked for an extra jelly and she said there's one in the bag as she walked away without even looking back at me. There was something in my food. I asked for a manager to possibly identify the item. He acknowledged that I was waiting to speak to him but after over 12 minutes it was clear he had no intentions on speaking to me. He just continued filling orders. I will not be back, and I'm sure they won't miss my business.
