If I heard 1 time it was about 6 times that they were out of items. The cashier was nice and offered subs with an up charge. Husband's sandwich didn't have the right cheese, up charge for another cheese, no pecans for salad upcharge for almond. Subbed chips for something else they were out of. No tomatoes for sandwiches, maybe run to walmart and get some tomatoes. Then to top it off it was warm in there. When I asked about it, they said the air never works good and they dont fix it. Ask to talk to manager, I walked away before she came. $42 for 2 meals. Could have ate at a better set down meal for that money, instead of 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich. Employees were nice, not their fault. Should have waited in line at the first restaurant we went to.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, and very convenient. Price is all that's keeping me from a fifth star, but it gets quality, so I'm not complaining.

The staff is always helpful and nice. If something is wrong with my order they always fix it quickly. I usually get a chicken Caesar salad and ice coffee, the ingredients always seem fresh. Would probably give 5 stars, but more often than not when I order an iced coffee with no whipped cream I end up with whipped cream anyway.

Really disappointed. Stopped in to place a carry out order, got ready to pay, and were told at the last minute that any soups would not be ready for an hour or more. We spent 10 minutes getting the girl to take our order, and then had to cancel it! Could have certainly been handled better by them. Usually Panera is a decent place to eat.
