First experience with this shop was a poor one, but the owner reached out to try to resolve the issue which was appreciated. Came back again for a wiring issue on a trailer and I waited in the lobby 10 minutes just to have someone at the front desk eyeball it and inform me it'd be $350 to diagnose it and "go from there". I thought that was steep considering a few months prior it was $160 to diagnose an issue. Ended up calling around and found "Affordable Auto and RV" in Warren and the owner there spent 10minutes on the phone trying to talk out the cause of the issue. Took trailer there and the final price was $135 to diagnose and correct the issue in less than a day. So in summary I saved at least $215 from not having this shop work on my equipment.

THIS HAS TO BE YOUR GO TO SHOP! Adam and his team are AMAZING and super trustworthy. Which is sometimes hard to believe when dealing with cars. I'm from California and ended up having car trouble while visiting Oregon. My family and I had no idea what to do when our Suburban broke down. Adam was able to squeeze us in to the busy schedule on Easter weekend and check what was going on. Unfortunately, the engine stopped working and there was no way for us to get back to our hotel or to drive back to California. Adam was kind enough to get us in touch with someone who was able to transport our car from Oregon back to California at a very good price. His staff are extremely knowledgeable and will make sure they give you the correct information. It took my family and I a couple of hours to figure out what we were going to do, but I'm so glad we were close to this shop or we would've been left stranded. I can't thank Pro Automotive enough for everything. DO NOT HESITATE to get your car checked out for ANYTHING. The facility is super nice/clean and I appreciate that even their bathroom had female toiletries. Wish there was a shop like this in California!

This has been a long haul to get to where we are but these guys and gals got it done. KC really went out of his way to take care of us and stay on top of where our order was, setting a schedule for our Raptor and making sure things were the way we wanted them. I would say he went above and beyond to make us happy and make sure all was well. We did hit some bumps in the road on our journey but everything was corrected even if it wasn’t their fault. Our Raptor was having lights done on it. While getting lights done there was a change of staff for who was working on it and they still made the truck come out on time and looking good. There are two pictures with this post. One is of how not to wire a trucks lights professionally. The other is how it should be done and ultimately how amazing of a job they did. To be clear the second picture that looks clean and professional is what they did. Not the janky ugly first one with wires hanging all over. KC and the crew are great to work with. Look forward to doing business in the future with them. Highly recommend using them for your automotive needs.

Posting here to give local shop a shout out. This shop is in Scappoose. Between ST. Helens and Portland. I drive by it everyday. They are constantly busy but will always make time for you, never been turned away. The employees and the owner seem to enjoy working here which shows in their attitude. I had them modify my suspension. They charged a reasonable price for the amount of work I had done. Will return.
