My boyfriend and I went in and asked if they had Pokémon cards to which he responded “yeah we have two types of Pokémon cards in stock “ after that my boyfriend said he would like one of each and then he pulled 4 different other ones to from under the register and continued to ask if we had a email with GameStop he then said my boyfriend had one in the past and he said “okay what’s your address “ and contained to ask for his address He was willing to pay for the other 3 packs of Pokémon cards when He clearly asked for two packs, but bought them anyways To be nice. And then his total came to 35$ so he decided to put a pack back and there for it was 30$ and payed when we left the store he checked his receipt and saw an additional 15$ subscription charge which he never explained at all to him or talked about having an additional charge and don’t say we would be purchasing anything besides Pokémon cards then we came back to ask what was the 15$ for and as soon as he saw my boyfriend coming in he ran to the phone looking scared and had the other worker help him and said that he accepted the agreement already and there was nothing he could do and then explained the membership after his purchase and said he couldn’t do anything I don’t recommend this game stop I don’t know why they would do that completely unprofessional never mentioned a subscription or any other additional charge besides the Pokémon cards if you go to that GameStop question and double check always because they will try and fool you as much as they can . Sad they try and make you pay and don’t explain it until after they get your money watch out for the guy with the glasses They need to get paid more so they don’t have to pull stuff like this unprofessional My boyfriend never attended a game stop who has ever done that until today

I went here to get a ps5 media remote. Super basic, and something you'd expect stores to have because it's something people are buying. I had to drive 10 minutes down the road to another location because they didn't have any. Pretty disappointing they don't have much stock

I tried to return a game and they would only give me $20 back for a $70 game. I had bought the game new but I ended up not liking it. They wouldn’t let me return it because I had bought it new, yet they didn’t recommend me buying a pre-owned version of the game where I could return it if I didn’t like it.

I was very pleased by the excellent customer service. The people that work there were extremely Pleasant before and after the sale. After purchasing a used controller that happened to not work correctly I was able to return it and get my money back without issue.
