These estate sales sell their items at antique store prices. Not worth your time, unless you wanna pay full price.

Worst sale ever!! Waited over an hour, not due to Covid, due to the fact they were allowing people to sit there and wrap their purchases and make numerous trips to their cars. While these people are coming and going, they were not letting more people in. Also, they opened garage, anyone in line could go into garage, then go into house “to pay” and skip the line. The biggest mistake ever…, they advertised a huge amount of unique womenswear, yet left it all stuffed in the closet with doors on. Women were pushing sliding closet door, back and forth trying to see stuff. This is also in a dark room with no lights, ridiculous. Everything was way overpriced, I’m sure she has some nice stuff, but the reason you go to estate sales is to avoid retail prices, they said the owner had set the prices and if they didn’t get her price, she would rather keep the item. They also allowed collectors to sit there and google every item, due to Covid restrictions most companies aren’t allowing people to look up every book and album. Total waste of time, items you see at other sales for $5, were $75 here. Advice-use clip on lights, so people can see, make items accessible, we don’t want to dig in door closets. I didn’t buy anything.

B and C and the whole gang are a pleasure to deal with!! Everyone is always friendly and courteous. C really goes the extra mile to seal the deal and their prices are pretty spot on. ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Just went to an estate sale in Camas, WA and I could not have been more pleased with the way Fred and his staff were handling the crowd. Staff was in place at both entrances to ensure the appropriate number were in the house both up and downstairs. Additionally everyone (staff and customers) were wearing masks AND there were several disinfectant stations throughout the house offering hand sanitizer and masks! Everyone seemed to be aware of their surroundings and doing their best to keep their distance between rooms. Only one person at the checkout at a time. Furthermore, both Fred and his staff assisted in loading a few heavy items in my rig. Great experience during these crazy times! Fred and his crew provided exceptionally outstanding customer service.

They dont usually post prices. You have to go to the estate sale on the first day. If you're there when the open, you get first choice. But if you go day 2, it could be gone.
Not sure but go to their website.
