I went in with a bolt in my tire, the guys tried to fix it and it wasn't fixable. Because I have an AWD car I had to get 4 new tires, needless to say that wasn't in my plans for the day. Thanks to Andrew for being kind and patient as he helped ease the stress of the unexpected expense. The whole team at this store has great customer service, but Andrew went above and beyond!

They fixed my flat tire for free, and I wasn't even a customer. I am now though, because I refuse to get caught without a spare tire again. So I bought a full sized spare tire to reside in the trunk until it's needed. And SCREW the dealers who don't include even donuts as spares anymore. What a hassle! But Les Schwab saved the day.
