Not good if you want a small job done well. Dropped off parts for two mid-century lamps. Six weeks later, still hadn't heard back. Called and they said they'd get going on it. Finally got the parts two months after drop off. They had nested and painted the two bases together. Took another week to fix that. Then they charged me full price. Also had them do an outdoor tray and it came out completely potato-chipped wavy.

I was nothing but pleased beginning to end. Took MANY vintage car parts here. Many of them small (suspension washers and such). They kept track of everything, did it on time, excellent work and very fair price. Provided everything back to me wrapped well so that nothing would get damaged after the work was done. They were also very pleasant to work with. One of their guys even helped sort through all my parts to make sure they were all there (15 minutes of his time!). I did have to call them to find out if the job was done. I saw another reviewer complain about that. Yeah, they should probably call me when the job is done or have questions, but if you just realize they may not do that and you may have to call, then everything else will be excellent.

I want to start my review by saying the work they do is really good, but their customer service is terrible. I have taken things here twice now and both times I have called a month later wondering the status of the powder coating and both times they forgot to put my items in the queue of work. I have also been told on the phone that they would call me back to confirm things, and I would never receive a call back. So if you don’t mind project managing them to finish your stuff, I would recommend them. I prefer not to. I am usually one not to write reviews, but I want to warn anyone from my experience both times working with them. They did give me a slight discount for the time delay, but I would rather pay more elsewhere. They offered to fix their rush job error, but I was just too tired of dealing with them.

This shop was great! I have a Sportsmobile and I had the massive front bumper, 2 ladders, 2 rear fender steps, and a propane cover powder coated. They did an excellent job, great price, and completed the job within 2 weeks as promised. I had asked if a couple of guys could help me install the heavy front bumper instead of hauling it home in the back of a truck and Dave in customer service said sure. They slid the heavy bumper on to a couple of bolts for me and I put on nuts and tightened so no liability on their part. The guys that helped me were great! I would highly recommend this shop for any powder coating needs!
