Generally a ok spot, most of the prices are higher considering many items have the original price tags and Goodwill's charging the same price. Additionally everytime I shop here they like to change the price at the register on electronics it seems. Usually it's an item that is damaged or partially broken. I keep being told by employees at each of the locations that they are "pricing our items to deter people from reselling items." Which I think is quite a garbage policy to take. I'm not reselling items, but your company has decided to take it on themselves to INCREASE prices to prevent others from reselling them? I don't think that's Goodwill's place to make those kinds of choices. Lately I've been seeing goodwill gain nice items and store like merchandise, and tons of them constantly. I assume inflation is hurting them but they are purchasing inventory and reselling it also? Maybe instead of doing that and increasing prices why not focus on improving the overall store and experience? It simply feels like a corporate thrift store that was once a nonprofit aimed at improving lives is shifting into what all corporations in unfettered capitalism do: drain as much blood as possible. Much of the "good will" I've had for these stores is quickly disappearing.

I used to love shopping at Goodwill. I was there about 3-4 times a week. Now I go there ma6be once every 4-5 months. They have raised the prices sooo much it is ridiculous. You cant even buy a plain tanktop for less then $7.99. Thats double what they cost 2 years ago. Also I have seen several items that still have a store price tag on and goodwill is charging the same. I shop at Ross now, but I do miss Goodwill

Research your prices before you buy - it might be more expensive than it was worth new! I found a candle that was 3.99 for Goodwill’s price, but the retail price from Walmart was 3.33. The management refused to fix the price because the date was too “new.” As if I care if somebody made a dumb mistake today or however long ago - fix it now! So, yeah, they lost a sale there because had they been willing to fix it, I would have bought it. The more prices I watch out for, the more I lose respect for Goodwill.

Very organized store. The employees are on top of cleanliness and stopping the spread while maintaining open business hours. We left an item there that we purchased 2 days ago and they still had it saved for us when we went back for it.

They have safety dividers in place at the registers and sanitize the counter tops and credit card machines in between customers. Theres markers on the floor to help maintain social distancing as well
I'm sure they do.
Hit or on the items they carry? Just need to visit the stores and find out what they have?
They have the normal limited selection of furniture you see at most Goodwill stores...hit or miss every time.
