The ideal place for hikers who are into shorter hikes. Not for the beginner hiker. Also trying to keep this place preserved as much as possible so do what the signs tell you, "Keep on the trail" and nature will keep thriving the way it has been. One last thing, at the very top there's a plethora of boulders kinda resembling a big mound and beside it you will see a bowl crater with intimidating rock faces w/ a small firepit in the center and if you look right above it all the way up on top of that cell tower there's an Osprey nest. Just awesome!!! There is a way to climb down into the crater like land feat. Just below the osprey sign. Again, not for thebeginner hikers! Be careful and be mindful of the nature around you if you decide to visit this wonderful place! Ciao.

A nice easy walking trail with good view of Oregon City! On a clear day, you would also get a good view of Mt. Hood! Spring would be a good time to come back for Spring wildflowers!
