I had my first eye appointment at Cascadia Eye in Coupeville WA yesterday. My experience was amazing from my check in to my pre tests and exam with the Dr. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They showed professionalism with a personable side. They accept all insurances including Community Health. I highly recommend their services on Whidbey Island!

I went for a yearly eye exam, diabetic screening and contacts adjustment when I moved to the Island a couple years back. The doctor and the staff were great. What I found to be not acceptable was the lack of a sink in the exam room to wash my hands prior to removing my contacts. Instead I was offered the sink in the public toilet of the office. This is the dirtiest room in the office in which to manipulate contact removal. This facility needs to come up to present day standards of care.
