Dr. Prasad is outstanding--she knows my eyes and cares about them more than anyone ever has! She is 5 STARS! I love Dr. Ng too, but didn't see her on this visit, another 5 STARS! My Sight Shop experience was frustrating--I appreciate that we all need to train new people, but when you are going on 2 hours to get a pair of glasses ordered, the trainer should have stepped in and got me going, it is unreasonable to have someone (and their dog at home who had an accident because they couldn't wait that long and the pizza they ordered that was now cold) wait that long--I started the process at 3:40 and got out of there at 5:20. I am so grateful that they were able to get a new employee because we all know how hard that is right now, particularly for a technical job like this, but I hope when I pick them up things go a little more smoothly!

Everyone was very nice, but I spent more time than usual (almost 20 minutes) in the waiting room. I don't know if they were short staffed or if this had something to do with the merger. The staff is always very kind, and Dr Ng is great.
