DO NOT STAY HERE. Each night your key will become deactivated and you will lose access to your room. You will need to contact administration to reactivate your key. If they are not around you are out of luck. They do not care. Our room did not have soap. We asked for soap. They said they would give us soap. They did not give us anything. They don't care.

The main problem is that the walls are VERY thin. When we checked in we tried to take a nap, but couldn't because some sort of buzzer was going off in the laundry room. We went out for a walk and it was still going when we got back. We had to wait in line behind people trying to get seats in the restaurant before we could get up to the front desk to complain, since our room had no phone. The worker just said 'okay, we'll take care of it.' and didn't offer any sort of apology. Later, after we went to bed, we were woken up twice by people coming back to their rooms and again in the morning by a family leaving. You can clearly hear conversations in the hall and other rooms from your room. We also were not thrilled with the cleaning job, as a previous occupants leftovers were left in the fridge, and a hair straightener was left in the armoire.

Second time staying here. Absolute best place to stay in Bardstown. Stayed in the old part first now the newer part second. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything but actually have all you need right there. Restaurant is superb and if you love bourbon it has every kind imaginable in their bar. NYE was great with a awesome band late night buffet with champagne at midnight. Able to spread out and socially distance so hopefully no regrets.
