I have an out of state car that does not require a front license plate. I validated my parking ticket but still received a ticket for not having front license plate when I parked. No where in the immediate parking stalls was it clearly marked your front license plate had to be visible. This information should be located with the same validation parking notices which are all over the garage.

The operators of this facility are not wise enough to see that they dont need to screw their customers!!! I received a ticket from these clowns when I was walking to the pay station! This operation should get a class action suit filed against them for defrauding the public trust! I will gladly sign up! Attempting to contact them is a waste of time, they do not answer to any type of communication form.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. Same story as others- I received a parking ticket for backing in with no signage posted. $35 ticket plus an online 'convenience' fee of $3.50. I've reached out through phone and email every day within my 15 day period - no response. I should start a parking enforcement company, profit by handing out citations and not picking up the phones! SCAM.

Parking garage is a scam. They say they validate parking with cameras on their car and if the camera cannot read your plates you get a ticket. No clear signage warning you not to back in if you don’t have a license plate on your front bumper. The day I got my ticket there were at least 5-6 other cars with tickets too Seems to me they do this to take advantage of people who back in for convenience and safety. They have a fancy camera that scans plates but can’t get a handheld that the security or driver of the camera car cam manually enter plates that are clearly displayed in a different location than the front bumper. If they at least tried to make an obvious sign warning I wouldn’t even be mad.

No. When you go to the theater on the back wall before you go into the auditorium there will be a little kiosk enter your license plate. If you decide to go walking to do something afterwards put your license plate in again if you're not going to go somewhere that validates your plate. As long as you're staying active and doing things you don't have to pay. Just don't forget to validate everywhere you go.
If you're not going to be there that long and you know you're not going to be able to validate your license plate then you would pay in the garage. And you'd get a sticker. if you're going to go to one of the restaurants or a movie you're going to validate your license plate through the kiosk which in turn would be recorded for the parking attendant. The movie validated for 4 hours. We had no problems eating and catching a movie. Keep an eye on time, if you need to revalidate, I did. Spent close to 7 hours there enjoying the walk, a great lunch and a movie.
