Terrible service, mistakes to the small order were made. I got nothing but attitude from the employees, including the management. No salt and pepper shakers or napkins on the tables. No trays to carry food and drinks to the table. Order was bagged to go, wasn't asked if I was eating in or not. Total trainwreck in this place. What a joke.

Every time I come to this location, the line is super long, speaker sounds horrible, and you can barely understand what they’re saying and vice versa. On top of that, there is always something missing from my order. Staff is rude with attitude when bringing an issue to them as well as unapologetic. When I called on the phone today to explain an issue with my order, the response I got was “I don’t know what you’re saying, I can’t hear you” and it when silent. When I called again, the call was answered but no one came to speak to me. All I could hear was the extremely loud background noise and employees communicating back and forth.

I’ve been here for many many years, the owner is amazing. Truly a very nice person and treats all his customers as he should. But the latin manger has to be the worst when it comes to costumer service. Very Rude and unprofessional when it comes to dealing with a Hispanic costumer. Her being Latin and judging people base on how they speak when her self isn’t 100% fluent in English is unacceptable. Very unprofessional of this women!!!!! Insulting costumers verbally speaks A LOT about her. People need to speak up and start calling corporation something needs to be DONE ASAP!!!! I’ve seen her being rude to people MULTIPLE times but today she crossed over the line. Not to mentioned she worked at a local Dunkin’ Donuts and it was the same situation!! I hope everyone who goes here and has a similar experience reports this.

Disgusted I wanna throw up. Couldn't even touch my sides. Hairs cooked in my sandwich....I had a mout FULL of hair🤮🤢 I know for sure it isn't mine my hair red one coming out of that bite I spit out and the other came out of the sandwich!!!
