My wife and I are (were) unlimited members here. While trying to get through traffic control gate, thing comes crashing down in the middle of my driver door causing major dents. I get a form letter back from "customer service' saying that the manager determined that I ran into their gate. I cannot figure out how that could be when my car was stopped and the thing hits the middle of my door. If this wasn't so sad it would be laughable. Guess who will not be paying them $50 a month for unlimited passes going forward.

I have been a member of this car wash and today I tried detailing my car for the first time. And that was the first and last time. No difference before and after detailing, even worse. They smeared the dirt with a damp cloth, which, after drying, began to look even worse. I had to meet guests and wanted to prepare in advance, but unfortunately they did not live up to my expectations, I had to spend an hour of my time washing my car myself. Worst car wash ever!!! Unsubscribing from membership!

Worst car wash and customer service experience, Management is a joke. The attendant talked me into upgrading which isn’t the point. As he went to charge me he reached into my car to put the receipt onto my windshield which got me off guard in that process the attendant failed to give me back my credit card. The only reason I went to this car wash was because I was visiting family for a birthday party in the area and if it wasn’t for me realizing when I went to a convenient store and in the process of getting rang out I realized that he never returned my card I would of been stuck over 20miles away from home without no type of money on top of that I had to be embarrassed and leave all the items I was going to purchase for a mistake your employee made. When I returned I asked to speak to that employee and I guess he happen to take a lunch, so I decided to speak to a manager. While explaining what has just transpired I could tell the on duty manager really didn’t care. He literally didn’t try to make anything better and on top of it the whole point of the upgraded car wash was to get tire shine on my tires which wasent added but I was charged for. Not only did i pay for services that weren’t even provided i wasted gas and time because of these clowns. Very unprofessional business practices

My dad has been a fan of delta sonic most of my life, I was a bit dubious before I went here seeing the mix of reviews but due to a nessecity, I needed to get my vehicle detailed and it seems a good option... After my first delta sonic experience though, I am a HUGE fan for life. The staff took great care of my vehicle even though I came in late. My car was in rough shape and these Rockstars return an almost unrecognizable beauty of a machine back to me. The attendants warned me it might not be perfect and that I might want to consider making an appointment to they could dig a little deeper. Sadly, this wasn't an option, so I asked them just to do the best they could in the available time... I was not disappointed at all. Yes, the unlimited package is worth it. The detailing is fantastic! Don't be cheap like some folks posting reviews. Tip the kids somewhere between 5 and 20 bucks and you'll not regret it. Well done Delta Sonic.

They always keep, Amstel Lite, Busch Lite, Bud Lite, Coors Lite, Corona Lite, Heineken Lite, and Miller Lite stocked. You don't have to worry about any outages.
Wow never been there that long. If it costs extra I don't do it.
