Omg these gorditas are legit!! All the guisados(filling) are delicious. I had no time to take pictures. My favorites are... huevo en salsa Roja (Egg in a very yummy guajillo sauce mild not too spic), Desebrada en salsa Verde DELISH! Also tried Requeson (ricotta) with beans 😋 as well as the Rajas con papa and cheese (roasted julienned poblano pepper with cheese and potatoes) all so very yummy!!

Barbacoa gorditas are fire!! But you can only get them on the weekends. Place is kinda small and their food is really good so it gets packed pretty fast.

Ordered and was told hour for food. Went in hour and fifteen and food was not ready. Had to wait an additional 40 min. So total of almost two hours for 10 gorditas.
