Very pleased with our stay, here for little league tournament. Staff was pleasant, helpful, hard working. Rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast had waffles eggs, cereal biscuits & gravy baked goods & staffed with a pleasant hard working lady. Kids enjoyed the pool, outdoor areas as well.

Positive: The room was adequate and the breakfast was good. Lots of seating. Negative: The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. The shower had handrails & a bench in the shower. However I still had to climb into the tub, it wasn't a walk in shower. And the bench in the shower sat very low. It was hard to stand up from the bench

Positive: clean, good parking and good breakfast buffet Negative: Thin walls ¿ we could hear someone¿s loud music from next room and loud squeak and bang of stairway door every time someone used it. They need to oil those door hinges and fix the doors so they close softer.

We usually have had a good experience at this hotel. This time our room had some areas that were not cleaned. The microwave was dirty and had fingerprints on the front. The tv's were dirty, the ceiling fan was filthy as it was caked with dust. The heater ran almost constantly as the filters were caked with dust. We stayed in the whirlpool suite. The bathroom was clean, the bedding was clean so not all was bad. The security latch on the door was busted off as well. We do like this hotel, but were surprised as it had always been clean prior to this trip. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
