Positives: clean sites, quiet. Negatives: no showers, no bathrooms, no swimming, no play area. These things were mentioned on their website but are not available. This was misleading as we had 3 children in our group. We had one broken picnic table and one fire ring for 2 sites. No place for garbage. I think this would be a fine place if you wanted to sleep or just sit outside your camper. Definitely not a place for children. Giving a 3 for the cleanliness of the sites and how quiet it is. Stayed 4 nights, 2 sites, 6 adults and 3 children.

Pulled into the office to pay for a day of fishing. The guy had his dog leashes to his front door assuming the dog was nice I walked up to ring the bell for service when the dog jumped up on me scratched my leg and bit me. So I turned around and proceeded to go fishing then the guy comes and looses his mind yelling screaming and cursing at me instead of talking to me like a normal human being. I explained how I had tried to come to the office to pay him and he called me a liar saying I drove rite past the office. I even showed him the scratches on my leg. I paid the man. Fished fished for a while and we left... I’ll never fish here again. I also never write reviews because I feel in most cases it’s petty but I wrote this one because it’s the worst customer service experiences I have had.

A very nice and peaceful campground. The owner Joe is very friendly and accommodating. Campground is around a huge beautiful pond. It's located off of highway 30 on the southeast edge of town. Has full hook ups, have both 30/ 50amp electric, no bathrooms or showers but did have a laundry building. Sites are grassy so no dirt or gravel to deal with. Loved staying here but phone reception sucked. We paid $29 a night or $160 a week. Will be back if in the area.

Excellent place to stay for a night, or the entire season. The owner is as good of guy as you will ever meet. Very friendly and quiet place. Lake has great fishing. Highly recommend!!
