The fees at this bank are the scummiest I've heard of in a very long time. I was shocked to hear they still charged overdraft fees, and even worse CARD REPLACEMENT fees when your account is victimized by theft!!! The gall to punish their clients when they've just been victimized by ID theft... scummy, scammy, scuzzy.

I have had no problem with the employees at the branch in my town. Where I have a problem is my pharmacy took money out of my account instead of my wife's. I called the Bank to explain the situation. No answer. They charged my account for not having any money in it even though I can't work right now because of COVID-19.

Worst bank I have ever delt with. Problem with my account no manager available to help on maternity leave ! Really no back. Up person nothing was sent over to another branch. Had customer service informed me correctly in the morning when I called about issue I would not have been transferred to West Dundee branch. Incompetent customer service on 800 line. Branch bankers are even less competent. Will be closing account fast poor poor service!!!

A customer of 9 years here... exchanged some Chinese Yuan and all went smoothly for 3 weeks. Then PNC conducted an unauthorized debit of my account because they send he currency to the wrong "department" and it was returned, so they had to withdraw funds from my account because of their error. Only options are to redo the exchange process (which will take 3-4 weeks) or return to the branch to pick up the currency. All good, except when you're on vacation with the family. Bank won't even float the funds until I return. Poof... customer gone!
