I brought a package with a prepaid label to be scanned so that I could be provided a receipt and to confirm that the usps has my package. I was told to use the self service kiosk but I did not want to use that because it does not guarantee the package was received. I was told the 2 employees who were standing around chatting could not scan my package and give me a receipt because "they would be reprimanded by their supervisor". Sounds like an excuse just to be lazy. Check your cameras and watch your employees turn away a customer while they had an empty lobby, 8/20 around 330/335pm.

Worst usps I have ever been to. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Refused my prepaid priority packages and were extremely unpleasant to me while doing so.

By far the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The employee was rude and completely unhelpful. Use any other post office in the area if you can.
