This is a nice shop. Clean and efficient enough. As anywhere, there are different levels of expertise. About half are very good. Three are exceptionally good. Two spend more time chatting about themselves with patrons than in actually listening to what their clients have asked for. But that's endemic to the field nowadays

I was not fully satisfied with my visit. I was greeted and taken care of in a timely matter but I was not satisfied with my haircut. Since I've had a bad haircut experience in the past, I was very anxious in coming in to get a haircut. Even though I was asked about the length of my haircut, I was not asked if I wanted it cut a specific way. Overall, I am not fully happy about how it came out, but I know hair grows back. I just wished it was a different experience for me.

Great Clips does a good job of being efficient yet careful with haircuts. I choose to go here as they keep records of you previous haircuts so if you liked it past time they know what to do again. They also keep their prices lower than many other barber shops. As of March 2022, this location has a remodeled interior, which looks very nice, and allows more seating. The staff as always is still very polite and competent.
