This place is highly unprofessional. I spoke with the owner to discuss the work needed to be done and we made an appointment. Then on the day of the appointment they never showed up and several days later he said "I can't take on the work, find someone else." Very disrespectful and a waste of time.

The staff are awesome. Super smart and helpful. I was impressed with their work and would recommend them to others. A lady at a fabric outlet told me to go there for cushions and I decided to have them do the whole project for us.

We needed to replace the foam in our outdoor sofa cushions. I called first and received great advice on the phone so I went to the warehouse to select the foam we wanted. The selection was great and the price was competitive. To top it off, they couldn’t have provided better customer service. After making my purchase, they called to verify my order and when I went to pick it up they were kind enough to insert the cushions into the covers. Thank you In-Ex! I will support this family owned and operated business any day.

First I want to start off by saying that Liz is the best. She provided wonderful customer service, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My partner and I wanted to get our sofa cushions refilled and we got new foam inserts very quickly. It makes the sofa feel like new again for a fraction of what it would cost for a new sofa. I would recommend them to anybody.
