Lazy staff they will close a hour early to sit out back and get high with their manager

The posted hours online and on the door show the drive through closing time at 10 PM. I pulled into the drive through line at 9:15. There were two cars ahead of me. After several minutes at the speaker, a young man spoke up to tell me that they were closed. I understand that many places are short staffed, but arbitrarily closing early in the middle of a line of waiting cars is not the way to deal with it.

Went thru the drive thru Sunday around 8:10 PM. I ordered my husband a burger and they said they were out of burgers for the night... I went ahead and ordered an ice cream treat that was 6.50 plus. I asked him why there wasn't any ice cream on top of the brownie. He replied we put it on the sides. I drove off and I looked at it and only one side had ice cream. I turned back around and went back thru and he was reluctant to put any more ice cream in. We have been there on several occasions and have had to wait in the drive thru forever. They need to step up or they will never stay open for business.

Lobby was locked up on a Friday night at 8:00 they may be short staffed. Moved to the drive thru with caution and low expectations. The young staff was courteous as can be. The food took a little longer than expected but everything tasted spot on. They gladly brought back out ketchup for my onion rings.
