Made an appt for today 11am a month ago. Needed a pcr for travel. Showed up and gates were locked and no one was there. Called and someone said they might be at lunch but when she looked into it further the site was closed for the day. They didn’t even notify me by email to reschedule. Nothing. The customer service lady I spoke with on the phone was really nice though but the location and people running it….horrible.

Paid for a rapid test for 1-2 hour results. 48 hours and still no info, no responses to my email and cant call then. Only to get my positive test result a complete different way without their help. Unreasonable to not give people their results timely. If you can't keep up, stop testing and close. Reopen when you can actually help.

I had an appointment, which I thought was required. I showed up 15 minutes early, only to wait in a line of cars for over 3 hours. While people were waiting, they were getting out of their cars and going in the mall to shop and/or get food. It has been 5 days and I still have not received my results. Steer clear of this location, and the mall, in general!

I had an appointment at two, and this place looks abandoned. I’m one of like five or six people I’ve seen in the last 10 minutes pull up and find out that it’s closed. I have a newborn in the car and can’t just go to Portland. I live 40 minutes north of here. Some people said they even took their money. They could’ve at least notified us that this place wasn’t even open instead of allowing us to make appointments.
